1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and Management
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on ld88. Registration requires accurate personal information.
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may register only one account on ld88. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If ld88 detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, it reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts, confiscate any balances and bonus funds held across those accounts, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
2.2 KYC Verification
ld88 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Players may be required to submit identity documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill — before a withdrawal request is processed, or at any point at ld88's reasonable discretion. 2.3 Account Security

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Funds
All financial transactions on ld88 are subject to the following rules and processing conditions.
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. ld88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other approved local payment methods, as well as international payment cards (Visa, Mastercard). All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to another person — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds. Deposits are credited to your ld88 wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and there are no fees charged by ld88 on standard deposit transactions.
3.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. ld88 targets withdrawal processing within one to three business days for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable third-party processing schedules. ld88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request as part of its anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedures.
3.3 Player Fund Protection
Player funds held in ld88 accounts are maintained in accounts separate from ld88's own operational funds. This segregation provides a basic level of protection for player balances. ld88 operates as a safe and reliable platform; however, it does not represent that player funds are covered by any governmental deposit protection scheme. Players are responsible for understanding the financial risks associated with maintaining a balance on a gambling platform.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by ld88 are subject to specific terms and conditions.
4.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers — are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
4.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

ld88 reserves the right to amend the terms of any active bonus at any time where it reasonably determines that the bonus is being exploited or abused. Players who accept a bonus agree that the Platform's determination of whether wagering requirements have been met is final and binding.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ld88 platform and will result in sanctions up to and including permanent account closure.
5.1 Fraud, Collusion, and System Abuse
You must not engage in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities on the Platform. This includes using automated bots or scripts to place bets, exploiting errors in odds or game mechanics (including but not limited to erroneous jackpot payouts or mis-priced markets), coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage, or using any software, hardware, or technique that interferes with the fair and normal operation of the Platform. ld88 employs real-time monitoring tools to detect irregular betting patterns and reserves the right to void any bets placed in connection with fraudulent activity.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where ld88 determines, at its reasonable discretion, that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; confiscate all funds held in the account (including any winnings derived from fraudulent activity); report the matter to law enforcement authorities; and pursue civil or criminal proceedings as appropriate under applicable law.
6. Responsible Gaming and Account Closure
ld88 is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity.
6.1 Responsible Gaming Tools
ld88 provides players with a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from their account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits and reminders, reality check notifications, temporary cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion. Players wishing to activate any of these tools should log in and navigate to the Responsible Gaming section of their account, or contact ld88 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once applied, cannot be reversed for the duration of the self-exclusion period chosen by the player.
6.2 Account Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your ld88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, ld88 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests for the balance remaining in your account, less any applicable bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirements. Account closure does not waive ld88's right to investigate suspected fraud or other breaches of these Terms that occurred prior to closure. If you close your account while a responsible gaming self-exclusion is in force, the self-exclusion remains active and you will not be permitted to re-register for the duration of the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ld88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. ld88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ld88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7.2 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with ld88 customer support should be escalated in writing to ld88's complaints department via email at [email protected]. ld88 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as directed by ld88.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ld88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
